What’s Up Dog? (the “App”) is a playful, AI-powered experience that generates a dog “voice” from your mic input and camera context. These terms govern your use of the App and related services delivered via our Cloudflare Worker API.
1. Who may use the App
You must be 13+ to use the App.
If you’re in the UK/EU and local law requires parental consent for younger teens, you are responsible for meeting those requirements.
2. Your account & subscriptions
Some features require an account and may include premium subscriptions purchased via Google Play. Billing terms are handled by the store provider.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel per the store’s rules. We may change pricing or features and will reflect those changes in the store listing and/or in-app.
3. Acceptable use & abuse
Do not misuse the service (e.g., spam, harassment, illegal activity, attempts to bypass security, scraping, or automated high-volume calls).
Excessive use clause: If we reasonably suspect abuse or excessive traffic that risks degrading or taking the service down, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate access and, if applicable, cancel your subscription. We also reserve the right to block requests or take technical measures to protect the service.
You’re responsible for your content and for complying with local laws.
4. AI limitations
The dog “voice” is generated by AI and may be inaccurate or offensive. The App is for entertainment only (not veterinary or professional advice). Use your judgement; you can report problematic outputs in-app.
5. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including device permissions, snapshots, and diagnostics.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the App and related IP. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent access controls.
7. Service changes
We may add, remove, or modify features and may discontinue the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., connectivity, app stores, model providers).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or to protect the service (see Section 3). You may stop using the App at any time; delete the App from your device and cancel any subscriptions via the app store.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
